Ease Stress with Energy

Stress is all around us and significantly affects our wellbeing. Fortunately there are many simple methods to enhance our resilience against its effects.
This interactive class will introduce you to techniques designed to alleviate stress and tension. You will explore the energy system most affected by stress and learn fundamental principles of Energy Medicine that can soothe the nervous system, alleviate stress, and help you regain a sense of calm. Additionally, you will learn the three Somatic reflexes that arise from stress, leading to habitual muscle tension in the body. The class will feature demonstrations of energy testing and corrections, along with guided seated Somatic exercises.
